Default Hitlite MH 150W HQI, any good?

http://www.blv.co.uk/hitlite.htm

I'm looking at the 150W NW and the 150W DW

HITDE 150 NW 150 W 4200 K 12000 lm
HITDE 150 DW 150 W 5200 K 11000 lm

I will be using this with a 7" lilliput screen, will it be sufficient with the 4.2k K variant for contrasts? It also puts out more lumens and has about 4000h longer lifespan Thoose are rather cheap (9.75€@ebayI) so what do you guys think?
