How much?

I'm getting close to build my unit, and I'm trying to decide how much light I need.

I'm going to use a 15" lcd panel. Would I need a 400w MHI or is 250w enough?

You have to ask yourself how big you want the screen to be, and what level of ambient light will be present.

Some say that with a well selected reflector and condensor setup, 250w is all you'd ever need.
