Hi, I have been playing with my Dukane 4000/NEC 1545v setup for a while, and I'm quite pleased with it. However, I would really like to know: why are the corners on pretty much every overhead stage cut off? One fellow here dremeled his out to get more real estate; is there any disadvantage to this?

corners are used for supporting the stage. maybe unnecessary, but safe.
