I am already making the device.
which allows me to do the next piece. ( )
this piece is a cupped ellipse.

I hope in the next few days.
obtain the five parts needed.
to complete the elliptical reflector.
and get to do some tests.

I do not think in have problems in making the piece.
only mirrored Cheap place the inside surface to be difficult.
that's why following the advice of Mr Guy Grotke
and divide the total pieze in five parts.
that helpme to put a thin plate mirror.

in the next picture . the piece made with a material called in my country "
poxy mix" the surface is very soft and tough .
this is a piece female with this i will do a male piece.
creating a mold Male Female .
i found a material aluminium mirroring .
i put inside of mold male female.

the heating is very high . next a few minutes the paper burns.
