Lamp Selection Help

I posted this in the Lighting forum also but I'll try here too-

Can Someone please give me a nudge in the right direction here? I have tried the lcd panel on an OHP (3M 1711) and I am not to thrilled, so I am going to build my own. I have access to several different bulbs, but I do not know which one would be my best choice. These are the ones available to me, with all markings I could find.

Philips MH400/T15
Sylvania M250/U/ET18 and Venture Mh250/HBU/T15 (I believe these are the same model)
GE Lucalox LU 400

They are all what I think you guys are calling Mogul base. If any of these are worth using (free) please let me know. I want to do this the right way and If I have to purchase my own bulb then I will. It will be a 15" lcd and I would like to get around a 10' screen-give or take. Thanks for any input.
