Default built-in iMac LCD as a PC monitor

anyone have any idea on how to go about reverse engineering a built-in iMac 17" LCD to work as a PC monitor? Or know if it is possible with software somehow?

What kind of iMac? It might be possible, but what's wrong with it?

yeah... windows 2k isnt too bad, i had good luck with that, but like they say, "once you go mac you never go back." and i'm not haha. as for the display thing... prob have to mess around with ribbons and shite just like the diy projectors. why not get a studio display? they're pretty sweet. expensive though :/
