I recently bought a QA-1650 off of ebay that had some problems. The video on the sVideo and composite (and to a lesser degree the VGA) inputs looked . . .weird. Sharp lines (like the outline of a person) had a kindy of choppy look when the people moved. Any motion caused the lines to be a little jumpy.
I took the panel to an electronics shop and the guy said the power output was a little flaky. He charged me $50 to fix that problem. It helped quite a bit but it is still a little bit jagged when using the sVideo and composite inputs during movement. The VGA is MUCH better with just a light bit of noise on the sharp lines. It is nowhere near as smooth as my Ask Impact WSX. Is this just the way a 1650 is or do I still have a problem. I only ask because I want to sell the panel and want to be sure I list it correctly. If it has problems I don't want to say it "works great". Any help would be appreciated.
