Default Sharp 12.1" SVGA LCD, Dell 14" XGA LCD, Striped

Need to save for my next project.

Striped Sharp LQ121S1DG11 12.1" LCD
$100 OBO
SIZE 12.1" RESOLUTION 800x600 CONTRAST 300:1
It came from a kiosk LCD module. the case is still available if you want ( very heavy ). I have very good results with this panel(more pictures available). one of the best I had. It is very transperent comparing to other LCDs, meaning you will have more light output with the same amount of light input.

Striped 14" XGA LCD from a DELL server LCD monitor
$120 OBO
SIZE 14.1" RESOLUTION 1024x768 CONTRAST 200:1

Pro: It's XGA! It's smaller than a 15", so many OHP's stage can accomandate this LCD with modest modification on the stage corners.
con: you need to deal with the flex cable on the corner. I have the connectors and the jumper cable. All you need to do is to solder two connectors back to back (see pictures).
