Hi. My name is Glenn. I live in South East Queensland. Australia.
I am a father of three and have been interested in Audio / Hi Fi and electronics for many years. I thought it was about time that I merged the two interests and dabble in DIY. I have been keeping an eye on this and other forums, on and off for several years now and I feel it is now time to get my hands dirty.
Projects that have caught my eye are the 41hz Amp6 and the playstation mods. there is something about this underground / budget gear that intrigues me. I would also love to try tubes and for many years have followed Steve Deckets progress with his Zen rangebut have never built the courage to jump in. I think that for my first tube project I would like to build a buffer, line stage. Possibly with preamp functions such as volume and source selection. Any Ideas?
