Thumbs up We need more Car Audio Freaks

I was serious.
We need more about Car Audio at this dull place!

I just love to Read those Car Audio Magazines
with fantastic Sound Systems built by DIY-ers.
In those Beautiful Cars ...

And those beautiful Cars can compete in dB SPL.
It is called "dB Drag Racing"
------------------------------------------------------------

Here is a team, which got the highest
SPL in a car, In the World -
More than 177 dB ...........
Sound of a Rifle shoot or A JET engine
is only like 130 - just a mild Whisper in comparision
-----------------------------------------------------
Competitor Info:
Name Team BS
City Walkertshofen, All Others
Country Germany
Member Since 2001
Web Site http://www.bs-carhifi.de
-----------------------------------------------------
Here is there competitor info and statistics at
the World dB Drag Racing 2002 for the winner in "Extreme+" class:
http://www.termpro.com/asp/competito...titor_ID=26123
------------------------------------------------------------

So I really Would Like to Encourage
all Car Audio loving people to join diyAudio!

If enough many, we have to open
a new FORUM:
CAR AUDIO

Default Car Audio, that is something for you, SkinnyBoy

SkinnyBoy,
Surely you will go into Car Audio now.
You have already began with JayCar!

Build yourself a car amplifier
that can run on 12 or 24 VDC.
Then you only have to buy a car as one nice fitting
for your car amp.

What car will it be?
A Jaguar or A Ferrari ....

I have had two old Volvos, those days I were a rich man.
Now I have to use my bike.
The Times They Are A'Changin - young men get old and poor

/halojoy - will try to get a Volvo P1800
to use as an Enclosure for his next CAR AMP.

The Saint's Volvo - P1800

ST1 = Simon Templar 1 - played by Roger Moore
