Default New to this forum

Hi! I am new to this forum and would like to say hello. I have been reading the posts here for a long time but it seemed that I never had the time to get more involved. I used to spend a lot of time fishing but it seems that some of my enthusiasm for fishing has moved over to audio. I am interested in just about anything related to audio. I am a novice speaker builder and have a Grommes LJ2 amp that I am trying to redo. I have audio equipment that I like but seem to find myself spending more time listening to the stuff I make. Last pair of speakers I built have the Visaton B200 drivers in a small sealed box with an equalization network. I love vintage gear, especially speakers. I have about 20 pairs in the basement and I rotate them on a reqular basis. I live in the St. Louis area and am anxious to meet people in this area that share some of these same interests. Glad to be here. Howard

Welcome.

Interests drift for everybody. Don't worry, eventually you'll have a good set of audio kit and then hear a fishing song and want to go outside...

Hi Howard,

I think you should build some giant speakers for the water's edge and you can do both at once.

Welcome to the forums.
