hey all.
i'm hoping that this is the place for me. looks good so far. i would describe myself as a modder. i like circuit bending and feature adding. i have relatively little experience with this stuff but it's the stuff i love when time permits. I work as an engineer for a broadcast facility and do just about every job in the field, from production to integration to service. here are some of the projects I'm looking for help on (and will post where appropriate): 1) dead ibanez eu-405 - while fixing it i am going to add balanced +4dB i/o on the back, move the footswitchy to the front panel as a set of toggles (perhaps ones that light up) and give it a new paint job. 2) build an audio router from scratch 3) add an external word clock spigot to my m-audio tampa 4) build a phase meter I will be looking for “slutty” components for my projects but am fairly ignorant regarding what opamps are good, blah, blah blah… |

Blah, blah, blah and welcome to the forums. Sounds like you'll fit right in here.
