Already I have found many helpful threads but it's a chore going through them because I have to log in over and over to keep the pictures showing up. Almost makes me think the site is trying to get rid of me!

Are you allowing your browser to load the cookies?

I have that problem too, I seem to get automatically logged out if I don't click on something for five minutes or so. Can be frustrating if I'm typing a long post. I'm sure my browser is set up correctly though - I only have the problem with diyaudio.

As per AudioFreak: Try disabling session cookies.

Ropie,
What netlist means is that you are currently using sessions instead of cookies. Sessions expire after 10 mins of inactivity. In your user cp, select the option to "browse board with cookies" and ensure that your browser accepts the cookie (MSIE privacy settings etc can get in the way of this) and the the problem should disappear.

Thanks for the suggestions about checking the UserCP settings. I found that using cookies to browse was disabled. Could have sworn I had enabled that when I first joined. Guess it reset by itself?
Just now have logged in five times in less than fifteen minutes so I hope changing the cookie setting back will cure this. Funny thing is, I managed to stay logged in just fine after 2am this morning. |

Still having the problem. I had to log in about 5 times in order to post this. Sure wish someone would fix it. Having to log in on every page is getting really old.

Check your users settings again.
Don't forget to click on "Submit Modifications" at the bottom of the screen. /Hugo |
