Default Yep, another green one...

I found this forum & I have a new home! I currently live in the Poconos, PA, although I grew up @ the Shore in NJ.

I have been fooling around with electronics since I was a kid (remember Lafayette stores?). I moved on to audio electronics when I became involved with music (I played classical, jazz & now experimental electronica). I did take some EE in college, but life got in the way. I have never stopped learning & I still dabble.
I work as a commercial audio/video system integrator; I install, setup & test sophisticated video and audio conferencing systems for large institutions & Fortune 100 companies. I get to play with the most serious A/V toys out there. I really enjoy my work & audio is my passion.
Warren

Yes welcome indeed Warren. Hope you find this as enlightening as I have. Sound like you have much to offer as well.

Dave, What are you doing up at 3 in the morning? More to the point, why are you at the computer at that time? Did somebody fart in your bed?

Cal

And, I was thinking he was still up. He's not so old that he gets up at 3 just to make sure he doesn't miss anything in the world.

Are there no Americans here?

Strangely enough, I was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Well, back then it was Port Arthur & Fort William.
Thanks for the warm welcome.
