Just found this site & got captivated again .. thought I'd managed to kick the obsession .. but as with alcoholics ..

My other interest is Loudspeaker Design

I've designed built & have a variety of Cabinets based on Ted Jordan's Drive Units.
I currently have 3 box set up
Box 1 the 4 unit JX 53 Linear Array coupled with
Box 2 pair JX 125's.
Box 3 My Favourites JX92 full range ~ I listen to these wired up with 125's all day every day ( no crossover)

The whole lot can be Driven by modest amp eg Arcam Alpha 5
Currently use an old secondhand Cyrus 1

I haven't done any designs for a few years now but just recently started to get that itchy feeling again

Looking forward to picking a variety of brains here on a number of issues.

Nice atmosphere on this site by the way
