I am Trevor from Fresno.
I work at an electric motor shop, where I rewind electric motors(mostly AC machines), and do deliveries. I'm currently studying to get my Associate's degree in specialized technolgy so that i can be an electronics technician. I'm 18 years old. that is me.

Welcome Trevor. Diy audio is a great hobby, both from the music and the educational points of view.

Plus I'm a folk/blues guitarist/harmonica player. If I'm ever going to be good, I have to act like a folk/blues guitarist/harmonica player.

Well Trevor, you seem to be on the right track. That's how I started (in 1959). You are lucky to get into a related occupation. I had to wash dishes, deliver stationary, and finally got a job as a tech at UL, (1962), once I had a few years of college. The motor winding shop can give you useful skills.
Keep yourself open to greater educational opportunity. You might want to become an EE or the equivalent, if math agrees with you. |
