Thumbs up Hi you all

I'm planing on building my firts TT.
Right now I'm in the gathering info stage, there are so many questions:
spindel bearing, materials, motor( could I use one from a cumputer hard drive?), arm mechanism, suspention, weight...
This forum looks so intresting.
Hope to fined some answers here, links & info.
Would appritiate any advice or comments

Regarding motors, in an analog TT, the job is to drive a very massive platter at a very low and constant speed. That's the opposite of what a hard drive motor needs to do.

A TT is a great project. Love to do one myself someday.
