Hi to everyone . Don't have too much experience in audio electronics (I'm an electrician), but after lurking in the corner for the past couple of weeks I've joined up. Just started making a couple of gainclones and a Chiara headphone amp .

Hi mate, welcome to diyAudio
Whereabouts in London are you? I'm feeling homesick after having to move away a few months ago...

Hi pinkmouse , I'm in Earls Court (AKA Kangaroo Valley), been here about 17 years , but I still haven't really managed to blend in . I think the Scots accent is a giveaway . Whereabouts were you living ?.

Stuck in Chatham, used to live in the Crystal Palace area.

Hi Pinkmouse , I haven't been to Crystal Palace for a long time , but I've been in a few pubs I can't remember the name of .
I work mostly in West London......... Chelsea , Fulham , etc. I've heard Chatham is a good place .

It's OK, not as busy as London, so some people might like it better, but I miss being able to get a curry at 4am!
However, it's certainly a better place to be broke in, as everything is a fair bit cheaper than up in town.
