I didn't even know that this forum existed until a few days ago!
I used to build speakers as a hobby up until 25 years ago. Then work and a growing family got in the way. Now as I see retirement ahead in the (not to distant) next few years I have been inspired by seeing one of my sons successfully build his first guitar from scratch. I now want to build another pair of speakers and as hE had to buy a number of good woodworking tools to do it and I thought it would be a good project for me to take up.
Any numbers of threads have already got me excited so I am looking forward to the journey. No hurry as at 62 I am past the impatience of youth (well I hope so anyway!)
