Bonjour, hello and xin chao.
I am a French Canadian from Montreal, Quebec
living and doing business with my genuine Vietnamese wife
in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) Vietnam for more than 20 years.
I've been interested in audio stuff since the age of 18.
I have now too much audio stuff (TT amps, speakers, CDP, etc...)
I have decided at 69 that it's now enough.
My 69 years old ears cannot appreciate any sound improvements
so I keep what I have.
I will go digital, meaning that all my LP and CDs will be digitise or digitized ?
Well that's about it for now.
Have a nice day.
Humm mmm... By the way, my name Guy 13 is because I was born on a Friday 13 (1948) and yes, I am a very lucky guy.

Dude veut dire "Bienvenu au rive" plus ou moins. Sort of the opposite of "welcome aboard"

Welcome to diyAudio. Saigon has an active audio community, non?

Hi Pano,
thanks for the explanation about '' dude "
I never liked to be called dude, because I do have a real name.
However, I don't make a big thing anymore about it,
it seems to be normal for American people to call others '' dude ".
For me calling someone '' Dude '' is like calling someone '' You ''
Hey you....
End of this ranting... No harm done.

Hi all,
I will re-take pictures of my stuff with my small Nikon Coolpix
set on medium - low resolution,
but for now, I have to wait,
because the contractor is repairing my leaking roof.
Don't really know when it will be completed,
because his employees work when they feel like it.
Then when work is completed, I have to put back everything like it was
and that a BIG job, because I have lots of stuff....
I want everything done before first of June,
because I have to go back to my home country Canada (Montreal, Québec that is)
for a few months to take care of personnal things.
