Thought I'd sign up after lurking through the forums gathering info for a subwoofer build. Decided on a Dayton RSS390HO. I chose this driver because I wanted a ported box that didn't take up too much room. Enclosure ended up being 3-1/4 cu.ft tuned to 28hz. F3 will be about 28 and -6db 25. Not quite down to 20hz like I was hoping but this will be used mostly for music. Now looking for a suitable amp to power it. Suppose I'll start a build thread on that. Will also be seeking advice on upgrading my front tower drivers.
