Default Rockford 150a2 repair

I have a rockford 150a2. I got this amp for free and had a good feeling it didn't work, and it doesn't so I opened it up to see what's the matter but there's no sign of burning (looks new) when I turn it on the red power led lights up but when I connect a speaker it shuts off and does nothing so I pluged audio in up and removed the speakers, and grabed the multimeter and set it to herzs to see if I was getting any thing out but nothing so I changed it to dc volts and I got a steady 2v that's it I thought the MOSFETs were bad but after removing them and testing where the gate pin was am still not getting anything so the MOSFETs weren't getting a drive signal so I tested the op amps and only one read anything at all and it was on the input not the output so none of the op amps are doing anything I need help bad the op amps are lm833 the pwm controller is a tl494 the jfet op amp is a tl072 and the Quad Comparator is a lm339 please help

Hello Christopher. If you take this over to the Car Audio section, you might get a better response. Good luck with it.
