diyAudio - Howdy!

Hi there!!
I've been prowling around here for awhile and finally decided to register and post so I wasn't just another sneaky forum guest.

Is this where I put my life story?? Nah, I'll just say that I have been interested in good sounding music for about 10 years now but have only started to appreciate it in the last year or so. I have some DIY tube power amps, and a pre amp that were built by a friend of a friend that sound phenominal and am looking to build some loudspeakers and some other components eventually (active crossover??, DAC?!?) as well as trying my hand at a pre amp and power amp - just for fun :).
