Hello from the Research Triangle Park metro area.
Been involved with audio since 1980, on and off, and also had a HAM radio license at one point so I am familiar with electrical theory and some instruments. Have been reading the forums for a while and decided to finally sign up and introduce myself. My main speakers are commercial Martin Logan ESL's and I currently use Marantz mono blocks to drive them with mostly a DAC and my laptop. In the future I'd like to start DIY with a class-D amp and soon some speakers. |

Welcome. I'm from the land down under. I was at RTP on an assignment at IBM in June / July this year, which was my third trip to the USA, 17 years since the previous one.
