Default Time to sign up for this tube audio designer..

The tube condenser mic posts caught my interest so I signed up to respond to a post as an engineer and long-time owner and user of quality audio (mostly vacuum-tube) equipment. I am located near Altoona, PA...

Hi rmb and welcome to diyAudio!! Sorry about the delay approving your post! It seems all of us mods have been doing other things today!

Any intelligence I may appear to have is purely artificial!

Welcome to the best corner of the Internet -- some of the most enlightened and brightest denizens reside here. You mentioned that you design, but do you own what you've designed and did you build it? Just curious.

Overtheairbroadcast: Absolutely I own some equipment I designed or modified. Most of it is vintage tube audio gear. You must work in radio. My regular work is a consulting engineer, but my past time is vintage (and state of the art) audio and recording.
