Default Looking for an engineer in NYC

I am looking for someone who's experienced in designing class d amps and DACs because I have an idea for a product.

Is anyone in the NYC area interested in discussing this project and building a prototype?

Hi Edi and welcome to diyAudio.
Why not post your questions over on the digital line level,
Digital Line Level - diyAudio

and Class D amps forums,
Class D - diyAudio

Even if you get no takers to actually build stuff I'm sure you'll get lots of good advice to your questions.
Installing and using LTspice IV. From beginner to advanced.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if it's okay to do that in those forums, but now I'll try.
