Hi all. I'm Ben, from Adelaide, South Australia.
Firstly the title of my introduction is; who I'm listening to right now, what's amplifying it, where the sound comes out..... I've been using diyAudio now for some time as a resource while planning various builds/re-builds. You guys are awesome. My interests are; Guitar Tube Amps Vintage Solid State Hi-Fi restoration Collecting Vintage Speakers I've been experimenting for years with some success but my understanding is not yet where I would like it to be. I intend to change that..... I have a few projects in the pipeline which, i hope, will push my education to the next level. 1. Build a Gibson GA-8T from scratch 2. Understand and modify my Chinese EL34 SE amp 3. Test, service & repair various 1970s stereo amps by Sony, Pioneer etc. Thanks to all you knowledgeable folks for inspiration. |
