Smile Well, Hello!

Hi everyone!
I'm going to be a Junior in Computer Engineering with a focus in Audio Engineering at the University of Illinois. I love to make and use sound equipment now and hope to some day be designing it myself. I've been running live sound for a number of years, and lately I've been trying to get more into digital recording. I don't have much gear myself (poor college student), but luckily I've been able to get a lot of broken equipment that I've been able to fix for free! I can't wait to see what I can bring to you guys and what you guys can bring to me through this forum.

Hello Adam - and Welcome to diyAudio!!!!

The computer engineering will help you support your audio addiction very well. Making a living in audio engineering - well having been in both I would advise you to study your computer engineering classes well and get an internship at Facebook....
