I am the newest DIY'er and thank you for having such a forum for us tinkerers. I consider myself an audiophile, (the horror!!) but i have always liked live sound, metal and rock shows, and have incorporated pro gear into my stereo setup. And i never stop looking for good, (cheap) ways to enhance the sound quality. And so i have been DYI'ing it for a long time now. It seems, however, that some forums don't like to tinker or think outside the box. And as sound quality is subjective, if i do not "hear" a problem with the sound as a result of a mod or change, I will probably keep that tweek. Thanks again! rob
