Default Way over my head, but hello........

Hello everyone. I'm a clueless newbie with questions!

I robbed some speakers out of a Sharp desktop system that had a blown amp or bad power supply, or something. I'm trying to build a cheap0 suitcase boombox. The speakers are sized like this:

driver--10 cm size, max 75 watts at 6 ohm (i have two of these)
tweeter--1 cm size, max 75 watts at 6 ohm (two of these also)
"subwoofer" (came out of a seperate sub box)-- 13 cm size, 90 watts max, 6ohm (one of these)

I was thinking of buying a 50wx2 t amp like this to power these speakers, but like I said I have no clue what I'm doing so I don't know if it will be loud enough.

Also, do I need a seperate tamp for the sub?

Do I need a tamp at all?

Thanks,
cardude

Welcome to the forum. There are a number of boombox threads, most notably the Boominator thread.
You might find what you need there. If not, start a new thread and set your goals and budget.

Have fun!
