Default Greetings from Southampton!

Just joined the forum after following up the O2 headphone amp project, looks like a very lively and active bunch of enthusiasts.
I'm based on the UK South coast, and run a small sound and lighting hire business and really enjoy building my own kit - last major project was a 3W full colour laser. I've been interested in hi-fi audio for many years, and am always on the lookout for more 'bang' for less 'buck'.
My 2 biggest dislikes are 3.5mm stereo jack sockets, which always seem to crackle at some point, and amplifier manufacturers who don't quote complete specifications for their products.

Although soccer isn't something I'm much interested in, nevertheless I can't help noticing that the local team seems to have been doing rather well recently - which they need to do, as they have a large, expensive new stadium to pay for!
