Hello from Duke U. and Texas

I go to Duke University as a mechanical engineer but during the summers I usually live at home in Texas. I am currently trying to piece together a design for my first project, so just trolling for help currently, but pleased to have found this website.

Well I've been in the planning stages of making a set of 2 way bi amped bookshelf speakers powered by some kit gain clones. So far I've spent about a month using diyaudio to get to the point of deciding that! I'm having trouble getting traffic to my thread a little but other than that great website. If you could help me personally or have tips on getting help that'd be fantastic but all in all very resourceful site with lots of knowledgeable people.

It looks like your thread is doing well. There are a lot of decisions to make, especially if you are starting from scratch. That's ambitious.

Sorry about that I suppose I got a little bit antsy with trying to get the ball rolling more with my project. I was referring to my "help me make my first project" thread but it appears I have gotten a couple more responses.
