Default Hi

I'm living in the Tamar Valley in Tasmania at the moment and I've found this forum has come up many times in my searches regarding the little things like connectors, bi-wiring, cables. It's the only place I've been able to glean sensible, informed advice so I thought I might join and see if I can maybe become more confident with DIY audio stuff, with a view to building something like a passive version of the Linkwitz Plutos in the future. Linkwitz PLUTO 概要 自作スピーカー[DIY Audio SSD] and perhaps using an Ashly crossover to feed it. I'd also like to gain more of an understanding of how my system works and be able to quantify my observations about things like soundstage and relative speaker volume and ambience cues from my tweeter and things like that, so I can take more control of the gear I've got and think about upgrades in an informed way.

Hello and welcome. Often I go outside of this place to try and Google an answer only to have it direct me right back here.

We often find Cal talking to himself - or some of his "invisible friends". The sad thing is that now he has me doing the same thing.
