I've only been posting for a couple of months on a regular basis. Before then just a few posts on a few topics. I'm a picture guy, like to post a lot of pictures and leave the math behind for when I absolutely need it for something.

I've found a narrow slot here, one where I can post weird and crude attempts at learning hi-fi, and still get enough comments back for feedback.

I'm not much on following narrow rules (audio not forum) and coloring within the lines, I like to take a dive off the deep end and see what's down there.

Where there are real laws of Physics I respect them, where there is a herd mentality unable to see the value of thinking outside the norm - I run like heck away from it but learn what I can before opening my mouth too much.

This is not a warm fuzzy forum, lots of very serious people here, but that is okay with me. As soon as I need some opinions on putting a capacitor between a tweeter and a woofer this is the place I'll be posting - that's for sure.
