I thought I'd chime in & say hello as a first-timer ...
I am:

• in Portland, Oregon
• utterly new to the audio-scene
• fascinated by the interface of Art & Science
• aroused by well proportioned horns

I hope to gain insight from your collective wisdom, particularly in the arenas of driver selection and cabinet design. Getting my head around designing crossovers is a long long long way off

In choosing a driver that needs no crossover, you now have a complicated cabinet. It's still all interconnected.
