hey guys im the noob around here for the next 5-10 minutes at least

ive been lurking for a while thought i would finally sign up especially so i can see the sweet attachments for schematic pron

ive been into electronics and building stuff for a while and ive never been to college for it but i know well enough how not to electrocute myself and almost never make magic smoke anymore

my current rig is a modified HT Omega Claro Halo -> DIY Aikido (6sn7/6h30) -> Sennheiser HD650 (w/foam replaced with nylon)/AKG K601 (usually senns)

im sure you guys have seen a pair or two of K601s and HD650s so ill spare you

Welcome from 80 miles down I64. I don't have a clue what your brands mean, but I see some tubes in the picture- that has got to be fun. I'm in to USA made iron and wood, gravitating to mexican BJTransistors as the next best thing.

actually i was looking for a $10 high impedance planar field coil horn speaker that is commonly available that will sound good being driven from my class d amplifier from my car

just kidding, im interested in solid state too ill probably eventually build a b22 or one of the nelson pass designs
