Hi, great to see another Kiwi member on this site. What part of the country are you from?
I'm just getting started in Diyaudio and after making another pair of speakers I might get into an amp build. What is you interest in DIY? Richard |

Hi Ken, from Wellington. I assembled some of the locally made Mega systems 105 and 205 intergrated amplifiers some years ago but have no electronics knowledge. Mainly into timber construction so at the moment I'm focusing on speakers, maybe amps later.

Ah the windy city, spent a couple years in Porirua worked at Haywards before I tried my luck in W.A.. that was a dead loss to say the least. Now in Hamilton working for myself as a sparky. Must say can't escape the weather though plays hell on my flying. Must have been an intersting job assembling amplifiers, that would certainly develope an interist into the electronics field. Like you my knowledge of electronics is limited, basically self taught from an early age from a practical level, wasn't much good at learning theory I afraid however seems to work for me. Regards Ken |
