Default Hi :)

Hi,
I haven't done any diy audio, but am hoping to have a go at various things.
I'm getting back my old Audiomaster Mls5's in the week & am hoping to upgrade the crossovers in them & improve their treble.
In the future hoping to improve my Project debut 3 by separating the motor from the chasis.
Also at some point hoping to build a set of AB1's for my ls3/5a's.
Cheers,
Impman71

That is something I would be interested in viewing, if you do this please document the procedure and post the thread

Sorry this is really late getting back to this!
Hi Alan & everone else for the welcome :-)
Planet10 the AB1 I'm looking at doing doesn't use the B110 (it hasn't been available for quite a while now :-( )
They use a dual voice coil monacor, I think, I need to go through my old emails from Doug Stirling at Stirling Broadcast - a very helpful bloke, to remind myself what they were.
I'm still no nearer to starting any of the above - I have recently been distracted with another Meridian 103 that is sick that I am hoping re-capping & changing a few resistors will cure!
They are quite big (2W) 820ohm, the board is quite discoloured from heat below them, my uncle had the (hopefully) same problem with his, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed ;-)
Will keep you posted on my progress & really sorry for how long it's taken to reply!
Cheers,
Colin
