Default Hi there

New member from Kansas City.
Would love to look at/listen to some others projects if anyone is close by.
I want to improve my 2ch music experience. Looking at building a par of DIY full range speakers, but could be talked into something else if you guys think my speakers are not my weakest point.

Current setup:
Stock Playstation 1001
Outlaw 950 Pre-pro
NAD T751 used as a 5-70W amp only.
Paradigm Atom fronts
Paradigm CC-170 center
Paradigm ADP-70 rear
Paradigm pdr-8 sub
DIY Shoestring interconnects
Kimber Kable 4pr speaker wire

Here are my impressions of this system:
Mid-bass is quite muddy during complex rock stuff. Simple stuff that doesn't go down into that range like accoustic guitar, piano, cello Is really quite good. Vocals are ok, but not great. Imaging is OK... soudstage is pretty narrow and doesn't extend into the room.
