Default Complete newb from UK

Hi all,

Dabbled in electronics for a few months and stumbled across op-amps for use in small headphone amplification. This got me intrigued and I found this site.

Has anyone got any suggestions on a project for a newbie?

Hi,

What sort of project are you looking at?

There's some nice amplifiers at 41Hz Audio:Sounds Good to Me!

Or you could build some nice speakers....

Here's a few links to get you started...
CPC | CPC - Over 100, 000 products from one of the worlds leading distributors of electronic and related products. - good for electrical components, also sells some Visaton speakers.
LDSG Appendix A - Enclosures - my reference when people mention speakers I've never heard of...
Elliott Sound Products - DIY Audio Articles - lots of reading here, but he knows his stuff.

Chris

Thanks for the links!

The cmoy looks a good place to start.

Would it be possible to mod this to power small speaker for a tv? Or would this take a completely different project...
