Hi all,
I thought I'd sign up to this forum, as it seems the best place to look for info and friendly help and advice on my very first (and not unambitious) project.

Keep up the excellent work. I will write up a start to finish progress report when I start properly in the New Year.

Power amp, passive pre amp and CD player, in that order, all to be matching in design.

I will be using various components and not using a one make solution. I've got most bits for the power amp, the rest I'll be sourcing in time.

I'm still undecided on transport. Pc CD ROM, cheap donor transport or more expensive CDM-Pro. The verdict is still out on the best option as whatever it will be, will go through a 32 bit DAC in the CD player.

That's the theory out of the way, just need to collate my ideas..........
