My apologies for not introducing myself earlier. I've been learning about tubes for the last year or so by reading through the various audio sites. This looks like the cool place to be! I've now built an Ultrapath preamp, the Billie 300B monoblocks, and recently purchased some Fostex FX200's, which are sitting on open baffles right now. I look forward to learning a lot here, and hope at some point to contribute!
Thanks, Brian |

Interesting coincidence. I moved to Charlotte from the Bay Area. I lived in Marin County for 10 years.

Hi briand, and welcome to diyAudio
I'm afraid my only connection with Charlotte was waiting in transit at the airport there for 6 hours after my flight was cancelled! Ho-hum
