well, I stumbled across this site from a link to a link, etc. you know how that goes. So a bit about me.
I'm an IT manager and have been away from the bench too long so I'm doing this to keep my tech hands. I've had dozens of different amps in my past and still miss my 74 Twin reverb that I GAVE away to a close friend/student I had. Since I'm not as much into spending 2 grand to get the same amp back. I've decided I'm just going to build one. I realize the costs of parts are going to be incredibly high, but a few parts here and there doesn't break the significant other holding the purse strings.. I hope to be able to share as much as I hope to pick up from here. Many other groups like this I've joined I constantly comment on. Thanks for providing a place for guys like me can come on to and pick other's brains. Russ |
