Default Hello All- Newbie?

Came across this site while trying to fix a car Amplifier.
Site looks great for all kinds of info.

I put up a thread (5 hours ago)try to find replacement transistors and its not showing. Do new members have to wait for approval?
If so how long does it take.

Welcome to the forum,

It is not often that the moderation queue doesn't get cleared more often than 5 hours... you'll be under moderation for about 5 posts. Its main purpose it to weed out the spammers & the netbots.
