Hi all,

Been a few years since i played with components. Last 15 yrs, it's been about setting up HT--learned a lot!

Now, i'm back to music and have put together a rig from the mid-80's to early 90's. I'm excited to relive my glory days and to have some of the components i used to dream of owning while in college.

Recently picked up a few items (see sig), did some reading and started a couple of new project i've been wanting to do for a long time!

DIY cat-5 speaker wire
DIY Subwoofer Cable

I nearly finished and i'll add a thread later with pics and experiences. My next projects coming up:

1. DIY digital audio transport using oPPo
2. DIY Component shelf
3. DIY Tube buffer (vs. buying a grant)
4. DIY media server
