Howdy,
I had forgotten I had signed up to the site and with being busy with work these days, 2yrs have passed So, I thought i better correct that and get posting Originally, I scoured the internet for information on modding my CD player , threads here and various others spread across many forums made me gather enough courage to give it a go myself. Should point out my knowledge of electronics is - I know what a soldering iron looks like ! Two years on and it still aint much better lol Worked in the building trade for near on 18yrs, do all my own mechanical work on my bikes and car so know how to use my hands , read instructions to an extent and generally find my way around things. This gave me the confidence to attack the CD player and that in turn led to me doing my DVD player too. Next on the list was going to be the CEC 3300R amp i had and the warranty had ran out a few months back You'll find that thread in solid state. all the best, Drew |
