Default extension of right hand in a sign of friendship

Howdy gang!.
I'm feeling most welcome by Jason already.
You folks maintain an dandy site here. I appreciate that you place the responsibility for searching prior to posting solely in the lap of the inquisitor.
I'd estimate most DIY sites would benefit tenfold if their members weren't answering the same tedious inquiries. I'm afraid there are far too many that want everything handed to them without lifting a finger.
I'm glad I found this today. It fits in nicely with my current absorbtive fascinations. I'm a long time guitar jockey with many interests in the related fields. Such as Hi-Fi, multitrack recording, fabbing both tube driven amps and solid state FX for the floor or racks. I'm sure more than a few of you can relate.
I may lurk here in my initial visits. Being that I'm as longwinded as I am brief. I'll probably spout off if I feel I can contribute positively to a thread.
I'll see yez on the inside.
