Hi,
My name is Fran, I live in upstate, NY, in a small town, not very well known for much of anything, named Hemlock. I've been a member at the Altec User's Board for sometime, and AK for about a year and a half. I've found myself coming here on many occasions and finally decided to join after looking for some DIY info on subwoofers. My mian system consists of a pair of Altec 604-8G's in Altec 820B cabinets that I've owned since ~1985, coupled with custom crossovers using Jeff Markwarts phase corrected design, amplified with a TAD60 for "nice" listening, or an Adcom GFA-555 for loud Rock, driven with an Adcom GFP-710 pre supplied with sound by various devices including a TEAC A6010, Dual 1218 and an Adcom GCD-700. Thanks for having me! |
