Hello All
I'm a DIY freak . I can't stand not knowing how something works . I don't see the sport in just buying something , ( that means I'm cheap ) , that I can build , usually better . My hobby of the moment is Audio speakers/amps . I've worked in R+D electronics for 10+ years as a tech . These days , I'm Software ( CAD) in a ChipFab , that makes among other things , nifty classD audio chips . I can have a tube of em , but too teenie to solder...sniff . I'd rather build Rod's p3a , I miss the smell of burning boards. See ya in the posts . Wayne |

actually burning power resistors (wirewounds) smell the best.
Just like fresh ground coffee! |
