Hello all.
I am a fourth-generation Portlander (as in Portland, Oregon) who was bit by the DIY audio bug less than a year ago and am hungry to learn more. My first build was the Dynakit ST-70 reissue. I have assembled a few upgrade boards for it, and intend to eventually DIY some active crossovers for my Klipsch Fortes, so I can tri-amp with some chip amps. I also have a few Hagerman kits waiting to be built, but I'm rather busy. Oh, there's also an idler wheel turntable replinthing project I intend to get to... Anyhow, I'm happy to have registered and I hope there's room for one more noob. Best, Brinkman. |
